Patients and the family members are supposed to provide accurate and complete information about present complaints, illnesses they had in the past, hospitalizations, medications, and other matters relating to his or her health. Patient and their families must report perceived risks in their care and unexpected changes in their condition to the health care provider. Patients and families are responsible for informing the attending physician and nurse whether or not he/she can and wants to follow the treatment plan recommended. We encourage patients to ask any question regarding their treatment plan, any apprehension they are having regarding the care treatment or service.
Visitors wishing to stay after the stipulated hour should inform hospital management and only after their permission they can stay after the visiting hour. In order to provide security and adequate health to patients, we discourage unnecessary crowding at facility rooms. In order to serve patient better, please abide with guidelines. Limit visitors to two per patient at one time. Maintain low voice tones in all areas of the hospital. Adhere to visiting hours. Restrict calls to patient rooms after 9 p.m. Avoid visiting in hallways in patient care areas. We hope these measures will help us serve you better. If you notice an area for improvement regarding any services of the hospital, please notify the Nursing Staff, Department Director or Coordinator. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
